You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

We reserve the right to disable any user account at any time if, in our opinion, you have failed to comply with any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

4. Listing and Purchasing

4.1 Listing Items: When listing items for sale on the Service, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and lawful information about the items. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to sell the items you list and that the sale of such items complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

4.2 Prohibited Items: You may not list items that are prohibited by law or by our policies. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, illegal firearms, unregistered firearms, fully automatic firearms (unless you possess the appropriate dealer licenses), certain accessories prohibited by law, and any other items prohibited by federal, state, or territorial laws.

4.3 Purchasing Items: When purchasing items through the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to purchase and possess such items under applicable laws and regulations, including possessing all required licenses and permits.

4.4 Transactions: Aussie Arms Exchange is a platform that facilitates connections between buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users. All transactions are conducted directly between buyers and sellers, and we do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed, the truth or accuracy of listings, or the ability of sellers to sell items or buyers to pay for items.

5. Fees and Payments

5.1 Listing Fees: We charge fees for listing items on the Service. The applicable fees are displayed when you create a listing. By listing an item, you agree to pay the applicable fees.

5.2 Premium Services: We offer premium services for an additional fee. The fees for premium services are displayed when you select such services. By selecting premium services, you agree to pay the applicable fees.

5.3 Payment Processing: Payments for our services are processed through third-party payment processors. By making a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of the payment processor.

6. User Content

6.1 Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any content you post on the Service, including listings, reviews, comments, and messages (collectively, "User Content"). You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any third party's rights, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights, and complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

6.2 License: By posting User Content on the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the Service and our business, including for promoting the Service.

6.3 Removal: We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms and Conditions or that we find objectionable for any reason, without prior notice to you.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Aussie Arms Exchange and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
